Shipping methods to Guam are ridiculous, and if you have experience of ordering parts from our end of the planet, you know better than to expect speedy deliveries. As stated earlier by Simota1, going USP or FedEx to Guam is double the price...for example when I ordered the Stillen G3's it would've costed me $400.00 just to ship FedEx...At that price I could've bought two sets....Now if this is what it costed you on the stateside, would you pay that? Joe really sorry to hear what you had to go through...I can totally understand your frustrations...especially in regards to time since you're leaving in April....If GTM ships Parcel Post (Snail Mail), its gonna take about 4-6 weeks to get here...They can go Priorty, but because of the size of the boxes, its gonna cost a pretty penny....but then again the US Postal Service can down grade Priorty mail to Parcel Post based on Weight and Size...this is what happened when I ordered by clutch kit from ZSpeed. Unless GTM ships out all the boxes at one time, and you're not scheduled to leave until late April, it may not make it here on time before your next station...I wish you the best of luck. |
i dont have anything to say about this, i just feel i gotta post something after reading this thread tho

I know off topic, but there's so many crap posts I figured 1 more wouldn't hurt. |

With just shipping prices alone I could have bought a SZ 6puck/flywheel combo... exhaust on its own was over $500 to ship :) |
now i'm curious whats the inside guam offensiveness in that?(just wondering) and i'm sure it was humor/maybe a bit of anti gtm thread being a bit crazy, anger (and against new forum anti-vendor bashing rules i think)

The statement is offensive because "Joe" is a member of our armed forces stationed in Guam. Apparently he's from Indiana and I'm sure he would rather be there with his car (and his family and friends). That post is dripping with ignorance and disrespect to such a degree that it does not warrant an afterthought.

As a GTM TT purchaser, I have to to report that MY box came with every part brand new, and wrapped safely. Anyone, including myself, would like to have the product ASAP, and I waited longer than I hoped, but it was all well-worth it.
The service beyond the sale has also been commendable. We have been in dialog getting the car 100% from 3000 miles away. Sam and the others follow up. The most successful seller on eBay does NOT have 100% feedback. Never going to happen. But I go with the larger percentage. Back to the original programming. Coop |

If he had waited as long as he did and got products in excellent condition. He wouldn't care. I'm sure. Just be happy to get what he'd been waiting for. Like a kid on Christmas Day. But it was all the waiting all the BS getting the product looking like garbage. Then more waiting for GTM to even respond to the problem only after the a friends post did GTM actually call him. First thing out of There mouth wasn't and apology. Then proceeded to place blame someone else. When it was clear it wasn't shipping and harsher tone was taken. GTM "said" that they would solve the problem promptly. However the problem wasn't promptly solved. When the problem is solved. Another video and post will be made.:tiphat: |
Looks like his wife wears the pants in that sh!tty relationship. Sam did the right thing x10000, GTM FTW! I would love to meet this Joe or Dawn in person.

No disrespect to anyone. But this thread is like beating a dead horse.
