I would be interested to see what Stage 1-2 turbos max out at. I think the black g37 GTM did that hit 611whp @ 12 psi on 100 oct. fuel came close to maxing out the stage 2 turbos.
You can check out that build here: http://www.the370z.com/forced-induct...p-474rwtq.html Here's the graph: http://i313.photobucket.com/albums/l...SI-100-OCT.jpg |

If you were to lower the compression down to 9:1 like VR38DETT GTR motor, I wonder how much boost would be needed to take you to 600whp? Maybe 14-15 psi? I will be going with external waste gates soon and maybe a new fuel system after that. Got to get ready for more boost :)

Performance's dyno reads a little high as well. Consistent , but higher than average.
I put down 342 there N/A, my guess is you will put down atleast 470 there. I may stop in there today and check it out. |

here is one. I'll edit with more. Can't find the good thread I was talking about though
http://www.the370z.com/engine-drivet...-failures.html Man I am sorry I am having a hard time finding that thread. I know the issue was the stock CSC was failing because it was barely contacting. Well I don't know but thats what i think I am remebering from it. Maybe others can jump in here and help with this. |
Seb@SZ had someone dissect my CSC, and the cause of failure was from the internal O-ring slipping and breaking. My Z is a daily driver, and the CSC failed as I was pulling out of the parking lot!
Anyhow, Seb appears to be swamped with projects as he is trying to find time to examine his upgraded CSC to ensure travel is still good as the clutch wears over time. |
