Our cars don't have a true PCV system apparently, it runs in a vacuum, or at the bare minimum, it is vacuum assisted when at low RPM. At any rate there is definitely an IN and an OUT. They suck metered (and filtered) air from the intake tube through the crankcase and out the outlet to the intake manifold. Poorly made diagram attached.
