I tired searching for this but I could not get a clear answer. I am ordering the illuminated kick panels but I want to know if the wiring in already

I tired searching for this but I could not get a clear answer. I am ordering the illuminated kick panels but I want to know if the wiring in already there and makes this deal a plug and play. I have a 2010 touring model if that helps. Thanks dudes.
