Haha nice... do you have videos of the start up and what not? I'd like to hear what it sounds like especially with the stock exhaust. I wonder how the exhaust manifold affects the sound. Right now I have the stock cats and TDX cat back.
What I am also curious about is extended driving to see what happens to the throttle response (i.e., stall around 2k with 50% throttle in 1st and 2nd).

fixed the vids for you.
that looks awesome btw. did you do the install yourself or a shop did it? how much boost are you running? what kind of numbers are you expecting to see on a dyno? how does it feel on the butt dyno. Last edited by Jeffblue; 10-21-2010 at 05:17 PM. |

Thanks for the fix Jeff.. A shop in Louisville Ky call Performace Motors did the install. Its pushing between 7-8PSI and my butt Dyno is telling me when It hooks up I'm probably at least 425whp.. Hoping the dyno hits 450+.. If not I'll just have Sam send me a better tune!
I go to the dyno wed.!

Jeez, VDC really pulled all the steam out of your 3rd gear pull! Thanks for the speedo shot, I have been looking all over for shots of accelerations with 370Zs that are FI. Looks great!

Tomorrow I'll turn the VDC off.. I figured I'd better leave it on since I only had one hand on the wheel

Ah, I almost forgot to ask. Is there much difference to your exhaust sound after installing the turbos? Any rasp? Deepness? Smoothness? Loudness?
