Thank you!!

It seems like theres a war going on between GTM SC owners and Stillen SC owners, both are hiding their flaws to show they're superior which in turn benefits the vendors and hurts the community. I really wished we were more honest with our reviews and less biased.

The kit is not changed it is the headers/cats people want to change.
That is part of modifying ones car though, you get product X and you want to try something new and different with it.

Oh agreed, but whats the point of waiting to post results of product X when you've made it into product Y by changing it. In other words, you dont want to post results of the original kit as it came, you're waiting until you change things?

Anyway, I understand what You mean... I've been scheming to get 8psi at 2500rpm all the way through to redline steady. Just don't know if its possible yet.

That is the reason I am tempted to just rip the LTHs off for the time and go with what the kit is meant to be. No hassles, no testing, it will just work.

Yeah definitely don't blame you. You always get to a point where you just want to be able to turn the car on and off and not worry about anything else.

Sam no one is hiding GTM flaws there are non. the kit preformes exactly as it was advertized. The only things that are changing is part to get the SC to work with after market parts that the kit was not designed for nor advertized it would work with.

would like to know what exactly you think us GTM guys are hiding? All my numbers are out there and can be seen. Nothing to hide I posted everything and answered all questions asked.

Dreamer DON'T TAKE THE LTH'S OFF. I really want this to work out screw what other think. I'll paypal you $5 to help out the development process.

I understand about the castings Danny. **** happens sometimes that you cant control when you send parts out to get made, no matter how much you plan for it or how clear you are with instructions. People always seem to find a way to screw it up.

I dont think I have once hid anything from anyone here...the truth is, the kit has not changed from X to Y. I actually asked to have the proto intake pipe sent to me but it was agreed that it takes a rediculous amount of time to re-produce them by hand. Hence why casting is such a cost effective solution. All thats being done is reducing the amount of material inside the pipe to be as effective as the ptype was. I could have been running my kit but fortunatly I have a spare car and I am waiting patiently.

If something significant was being changed I would have been one of the first to inform the community. But the truth is, not even Sam could have predicted the casting company to create such a problem for him. Design is the same, functionality should be the same, the only unfortunate thing is the wait...basically if the casting company didnt screw up their would have been alot more kits running around already.

Either way, i'm excited to finally be able to continue with the install and provide the info others have been waiting for...by the end of this week if all goes well.

Yeah, I'm pretty much in the same boat as Danny.

i dont own either kit but im leaning toward the GTM...seems like the only "issue" was some high boost taper which has been identified n resolved..Sams' advertised HP claims are also consistent with the product..seems like a no brainer to me.

I think the question is if we put a smaller pulley on the setup will the unit be out of its efficiency range? If yes, then the LTHs need to go with a larger unit, if no then we might be able to see some great power gains.
