Everything is a contributing factor.... We have huge rubber that transfers all that torque back to the motor as well as the increased rotating mass. The increased grip lets us stay WOT longer and get back on throttle sooner... all adding heat. My car is full race so Ill bounce the limiter rather lose the time in the shifts if I'm close to a breaking zone.... that's what really gets it cooking

or how about using a CO2 cooling system on your oil cooler and oil lines that should cool your temps down a bit... if temps get to hot system turns on and super cools your cooler and lines... just some food for thought maybe I could develop a kit or something...

Do they really have 16??? Wow. I am not having any issues right now with oil temps for steet use.
