Thumbs up FSP: Stillen Supercharger Installation

Hey guys, I figured I would share some pics of our latest project, a 2010 370Z fitted with the Stillen SC kit. Hunter wanted some extra power for the road course, but did not want the added complexity and costs associated with a twin turbo setup. We decided that the Stillen kit was just the right fit for his goals, and went to work on his Z. We have not been able to tune for wide open throttle due to a bug in our particular ECU ROM. We're currently working with Jarad at Uprev to resolve, and then it is off to the dyno

2010 Z34 6MT Sport Package
*Stillen Supercharger Kit
*Custom Failsafe Performance UpRev tune
*GTM / FSP 25 row oil cooler kit
*Berk Technology test pipes
*Saclam catback exhaust
*Tein Mono Flex coilover suspension
*SPC front & rear camber kit w/ rear toe bolts
*Defi Racer boost gauge
*Innovate LC-1 wideband gauge

Here are a few installation pics. Dyno tuning and videos to come soon! Enjoy

Removing the Gen 3 intakes

Extending the drivers side throttle body wiring

sick install! congrats to the owner and hopefully you guys figure out the bug soon!

you guys are very lucky to be able to use the 25 row oil cooler. us G37 don't have enough room for that and only able to fit the 19 row. sucks!

Beautiful install pics... This is seriously tipping me towards buying this kit sooner rather than later.

It is really sweet, it was what made me choose to purchase the kit and have Chris install it

Why did you decided to flip the oil cooler? The lines were pointing down in the first set of pics...

We had to move the cooler down a bit to fit under the intakes, which put the fittings too low.

Thats good though, that shows you saw a potential issue and fixed it. Some shows here in miami see it as, "OK that part is done, whats next?" and dont give a second though to little things like the fittings being to low. Great install, I hope I can keep bugging the owner here to supercharge the Roadster haha.

How are the intakes secured? From all of the pictures I have seen, it looks as if they are hanging there.

They are not supported by a bracket or anything, but once all of the hose clamps are tightened down, it is pretty secure. The tubing is so short and the assembly is so light that I suppose Stillen didn't see a need for a support piece.

Good deal...I only asked because I loved how clean the oil cooler and lines sat before the install. But it makes sense...definitly dont want anything hitting those fitting!
