Ken - I noticed you have an F.I. CBE. Is that custom as well (3" ??), or is it the 2.5" TDX?

Ya its the 2.5 all the way thru! But the cats are off and straight pipes come with the Greddy kit.....But I must say Tony at F.I. is so easy to work with and has a wealth of knowledge on this car. Im really happy with the exhaust note! No droaning at low speads and when the turbo's kick in........

there is an issue putting it together because that shop was banned from this site due to shady business. They are local, and I won't deal with them.

Not to be the downer, but dont start putting press about your company until you become a sponsor, just simple rules thats all. You guys would definately be a nice addition.

Sorry Guys....Im actually not a vendor..Nor do I have any finanacial gain with Titan motorsports. Im just another guy who got turbo's put on the Z by them. They forwarded me the video they made and I thought all of you guys would enjoy it. Sorry Im not trying in anyway to promote them, but they really did do a great job. I wasn't aware of the forum rules.
Oh ya in response to the turbo's sound! They "SCREAM" when they start to come on at about 3800rpm's....Literally!!! So loud....So loud...everyone around will turn there heads!!!! Oh ya if you think I just take it down let me know! Im new to this forum stuff!! Thanks |

Oh ya btw....the car spins out in 1st & 2nd.....easily!!! The power is insane!!
Dyno number at the wheels was 449. Thats still with the stock ecu! But the car isn't as loose in turns as I thought it would be... also I got the car track aligned with it sand bag'd to my weight when they did the corner balancing!!!!! The HKS hypermax 3's are amazing! The car rides so so smooth!!!! & is pin point sharp.... Almost as sharp as a BMW, but the car feels very well balanced. Here is a copy of the email they sent me when they balanced it! 939 / 939 737 / 731 3346 LBs dry, with me in it we were able to get it to nearly a 50/50 weight balance on the scales and near perfect right to left. It's still a bit heavy of a car, if he wanted to do more down the road we could cut the interior, remove sound deading and extra crap and probably get 200-250lbs out of the car I would imagine, he'd loose his creature comforts though, not something I'm sure he wants to do. Aligning it in a few. -Wes |
