Dyno dynamics and dynojet both measure resistance load differently hence why they give different numbers. You got to remember people have seen numbers to vary on the same dyno just by how tight they strap down the subject car... I agree there needs to be a set standard that we follow by. Maybe we should start a thread about this and have the vendors chime in on what they use and why they chose that style or model...

Sam will be posting my thread in the next few day hopefully. it is sure to be one of the most Technical and in depth threads on the370z. I talked with him about it last night. The thread will discuss a lot of the details of my build in depth and the reasoning behind the technology used. We have been waiting on the build to get to a certain stage before posting up my thread. Also, it is taking Sam some time to put together his in depth documentation on the build. Lets just say this project is for sure ground breaking in the history of the 370z and VVEL technology. so stay tuned my brothers we have a wild ride ahead of us!!!

Nice build, you sound alot like me...with my G35 throwing tons of $$$$$ and parts at it for huge power and have had nothing but headaches. I have been convinced for awhile a G37 with a simple TT set is the way to go for me. After reading your thread and your opinion on the GTR (I have heard the same from former high HP 350z owners) I think its only a matter of time before I do a G37 with the GTM kit and shoot for the 550-600whp range. Thanks for the excellent write up and honest opinions I have found it very helpful, Congrats on a great looking car with a sick build

f ya that setup is so clean. GTM makes a drop dead sexy kit. Im glad there are people in this world that get to experince the pleasures of life as you do. Most of us will not but letting us into a bit of your paradise makes us all feel good.

Z1804 has already PM'ed me the details and an invite. It seems there is about an 80% chance that I will be able to attend. I am awaiting a call to cement my final plans for this weekend. I truly hope I can make it out as the alternative is not going to be nearly as fun.
