Right now the main limitation is my reaction time though. You have to learn to click a little bit before you want the shift to occur, so you don't bump the redline before the 7AT even starts the actual shift. I'm getting better at it every day, but clicking at exactly the right moment on the 1-2 and 2-3 shifts during WOT accel is still a little challenging.
A little off topic, but I wish I could have driven a 7AT. Nissan seems to have done an excellent job with it and it sounds like a blast to drive.

First 370 I drove was 7AT... they are fun.. but I just can't get over the disconnected feel... but it was a breeze to drive fast without worrying about poor shifts!

I just went to tirerack.com, the major sponsor of "One Lap of America" and they have the "final results" of the 2009 One Lap, dated May 9, 2009. No where did I see a 370z listed.

Did Stillen pull out? Could they not get the car ready in time? Did it blow up and DNF? Am I looking at results for a difference race than what I thought they were entering?

Need more go faster now!
