I just want to say that I think the hood required for the fitment of the bigger super would look sick on the 370 and would probably buy it even if I didn't need it for anything.

Wouldn't that be considered somewhat rice by some standards?

Somewhat? I love the 370 lines... would not touch the body other than accents / tint and removing those hideous door handles

I do like the door handles, but the problem is, why do they stick out so far. i wonder if there is going to be a kit so that the door handle will be flushed with the door. But it is a little to bulky and big.

I cannot say for sure, but based on our past experiences with Power Enterprise, I would imagine that eventually they will build a forced induction kit for the Z34...possibly a supercharger.

Power Enterprise recently built a twin supercharger kit to work in unison with the stock twin turbo setup for the R35 GTR.

Check it out:

most likely.. however.. i really don't give a rats a$$ what people think lol.. I put stuff on the way I like it. If I like the look of a hood that has absolutely no functional purpose for my setup I have no qualms throwing it on there.

I am actually leaning towards a supercharger to be honest.

The Z has oil temp issues already, and I am not sure if I feel comfortable routing already hot engine oil through a turbine. It just doesn't sit well with me.

Also, I feel a supercharger would be a little more predictable on the track than say a twin turbo. I'm not saying that I would get any FI just to be faster on the track, but if I wanted a compromise between a street car and a track car, a supercharger just seems more suited to me.

Not to mention, I love the simplicity of superchargers.

There's a pretty significant amount of development and testing that goes into making a well-put-together FI kit for sale on the general market. I'm not surprised that we don't have one yet, given how new the 370Z is still. Probably by July or August or so, we'll have some options becoming available.

I've heard here it's the same auto they put in some of their truck models, so that sounds good in terms of torque-handling. Mine seems to deal with simple bolt-on upgrades fine, but we may well run into 7AT limits with any kind of FI.
