I dont see posting this will have any effect on the case. And it lets us know now and thats a good thing so that we now have a better idea of things before we go to this shop if some were to go to the shop. Better to know now than later after you turn your car into them and then find out they have things like this.

The more the client speaks, the more chances of story inconsistencies, contradictions, etc. You don't need a law degree to see that.

That's not true. Not only does it matter, if the OP says something that is not true, it will most certainly be used against him by Forged's attorneys.

And how many times has a person told one story to the police and then another and then another, and as long as they say the past ones are wrong they go with the one he says is true. And thats to police, we can say all kinds of stuff here and its all not going to used in a court of law. I can say I killed someone but till its proven I wont be convicted or sentenced. So no matter what is being said in here, during the hearing or what ever they do it has to be proven and the pics are very strong, the words in here dont mean chit.
