I know there are two sides to a story, at the same time, I am agreeing with the OP on this one and I'd be just a little pissed to say the least. I know Forged has a pretty High Rep among most of us and I'll hold out to get both sides on this before passing judgment.

In all seriousness guys, there are at least two sides to every story, and we should be patient and wait for Sharif to tell us what happened. I can only speak to my own experience with Forged, and they have always treated me very well. I have no complaints and have no reservations about going back to them. Don't get me wrong, I'm not taking sides against Juan or anything like that. I'm just saying that based on my own personal experience with Forged, I'm inclined to at least give them the benefit of the doubt and wait to hear their side of the story before rushing to any judgment.

I agree, however, if those cuts/bent pipe/loose bolts/shoddy worksmanship, were their fault, you really cant justify that too well with words.
