This is for all the guys in NC. My SC will be installed on the 28th of June at Pinehurst Nissan. If you want to stop in to see how it is going I am sure the folks there will not mind.

RCZ,
I know you had a lot of things done to your car before you got your SC installed, did you have to take anything out for your SC to fit/work right? like your intake?

Thanks

Intakes had to go because the SC kit has its own intake system. Other than that, nothing had to be changed or replaced.

I feel wider tires do not help.(305's) I still can't keep traction from 1st-3rd. Be prepared to do a lot of feathering...lol

I have an ISF and an NA 370z. Some quick input... The ISF is a very different car given 4 doors and 4 seats. The ride is slightly stiffer on the ISF than a 370z with stock suspension. The ISF has a higher quality interior but the 370z is fine. The ISF prob has more cache with folks outside of your select friends that tune cars vs a 370Z with SC. ISF accelerates like a mother and is actually pretty fun to drive on a track to, but the SC 370Z will beat it. One downside, the ISF feels like a much bigger car. Another might be looks - but that's up to you. Overall, for a DD, I'd probably get the ISF, esp if you carry passengers. For a track or occasional track car, the 370Z.

OK, so I should have taken a picture, but pulling out the i-phone on the runway when you are lined up for takeoff is kind of frowned upon at my airline, but I laid over at John Wayne saturday night. I left Sunday morning and as we taxied into position, I could see a big red 'Stillen' on the building on the right side of the runway. I will get a pic next time from the cockpit, as thats pretty damn cool, and I'm going to SNA a couple times in July.

That being said, I was all ready to sell my 370 and get the new 25th anniv. M3, of which they are only making 30. I figured if I sold the Z I would only have to finance 50k, and its an extremely limited production. I might have even kept the Z, bought the M and resold it. But, they were only taking orders over the phone at 1130 today and I was in the air, so........ This supercharger is looking better and better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(I am screwed) I went to Zdayz last year Zless for the first time, had a 240Z for a few years after the 350, saw the 370 in the flesh for the first time and bought mine the day after I came home. Its only a matter of time for the SC, as its in my mind, and there is no reversing it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just got to figure out when! (and get a test drive)

So, Travis, are you going FI?

It wouldn't hurt to increase your sump or modify your cooler

I don't think anyone has done a 0-60 on the stillen Z yet, but if you can wait a couple months, there are several magazines testing it. the thing is, if they test it tomorrow, you probably won't see the article for 3-4 months.
