Nice, this kit is sick, thanks for being the pioneer on this kit for the community. It is now on my to do list. How is it on the road, is it really usable power? I bet it is really smooth and i bet it sounds great in the cab.

I completely forgot to put up the graph, I'll do that later. But it makes power and torque all the way to redline... boost comes on almost immediately when you step on the gas at low RPM. At high rpm (4k+) its instantaneous tire shredding. Putting around town and cruising on the highway, you can easily keep it off boost to (try to) save gas. Also, I havent been able to break 220 degrees yet. Im trying though.
Also, Weiboy, thats the nicest G37 I've seen. |

HAHA, I have to wonder who did that, I think I would enjoy the yelling if I had the Z supercharged and did that. |

What shop did your dyno tuning? I live in Miami and I am getting the GTM S/C kit on my 2008 Infiniti G35S 5AT.

dammit! I said I would never go aftermarket FI again!
Kyle, are you guys gonna have a supercharged one at the track for Zcon? I'd really like to ride in it and see how it behaves tracking. I really loved the Stillen 350Z charger I had for track days, but I also installed a few vortech kits for friends on the 350z and G35 and really didn't like their driving characteristics, with the boost coming on later at the higher rpms. I really need to see how the low end is on this.

I'm sure just a ride would be sufficient!

Since i installed RCZ's stillen s.c. I can say that this company completly stands behind thier products, this is nice to as everybody always wants to push the blame! Thier build quality is top-notch for sure. Fitment of all pulley/brackets is excellent. You will not be dissapointed and I can highly recommend them and thier supercharger kit

Did you remove your headers and put the stock cats back on the car?
Nice #'s. Z

Hey mike just to elaborate on what Josh said...we will for sure be attending z con we just don't know yet if we are going to be shipping one of our cars or if were just going to be using customers cars as display vehicles. If we ship one of our cars then it's pretty much a guarantee that steve will be taking it on track and we can definitely organize a ride for you. If we use a customers car as our display vehicle it will be up to the customer if they let steve drive it.
In regards to your concern about the power band of the supercharger...you are the type of person who understands the awesome performance of our vq35 supercharger!!! I loved that supercharger because it had gobs of torque!! One of the main reasons for using the vortech or centrifugal supercharger on the vq37 kit is the increased horsepower potential. However steve did not want to sacrifice low end torque as he, just like yourself, is a roadracer at heart and loves low end power for fast acceleration out of turns! Having driven the previous 350z a lot and now putting a few hundred miles on the 370z (about to make the 700 mile round trip to San Jose) I can confidently say that this supercharger kit pulls HARD the second you tip in to the throttle. |
