LOL.

Josh I expected you of all people to not be a forum noob and have your post-per-page settings maxed out :roflpuke2:

Page 18 is my last page :)

What page is it in noob view? Like 300?

Just having a little fun, for the people that don't get my humor....but why do I have a feeling I'm about to get schooled in forum settings?

Josh@STILLEN 06-09-2010 11:25 PM

LOL! Hmm.. there's an app for that??

http://www.the370z.com/members-370z-...ournal-47.html

Here's the link for the "noobs"..

(btw.. I've never clicked a link that didn't go where it should be.. there must be a lot of noobs around here.. :p)

47?! :rofl2:

Haha yeah maybe I'm the only idiot who looks at so many posts per page...its just so much easier to read for those with fast connections.

Anyway, a lot more info, reviews, videos and pictures coming soon. Hopefully this weekend if everything concludes as smoothly as it has gone so far.

I am more intrested in what Will has to say about the car since he has it on, but he hasn't posted anything since he got the ecu to load. Will where are you lol we want updates lol
Frank

They don't send out the sc until they receive the ecu information, so i'm just impatiently waiting as you are. LOL. But will update as soon i get it which i hope will be soon.

The kit looks great. I have a few questions though, mostly regarding Nismo fitment.

1. Will the front tower brace on a Nismo touch the water pump? From the pictures it looks like it may be close.
2. Are there any fitment issues behind the Nismo front bumper? My understanding is there is different ducting/plastic.
3. Does the intercooler require removal of the front Nismo lateral brace?
4. Do the low & wide style oil coolers (AE Performance, Central 20, ARC, etc.) fit with the intercooler?

I know Nismo fitment has been mentioned earlier in this thread, but I don't think the topic was revisited after the kit moved closer to release.

1) Nope, no contact whatsoever on any of the components. There is plenty of room between everything and the strut tower brace.

2) We have not had the opportunity to test fit on the Nismo yet so we don't know how the intercooler or intakes fit with the fascia or braces, we are not anticipating any interference though.

3) same answer as 2.

4) We have no idea and we probably won't know until a customer tries it...We know that it fits with our oil coolers and will fit with the Nissan Motorsports oil cooler.

We have worked on a lot of nismo's with numerous different parts so we've taken those opportunities for measurements and what not but we have not yet had the ability to do a completed installation.

Hi Kyle

I asked this earlier to Josh, but what is the capacity of the intercooler reservoir?

thanks

Seb

Kyle- How is the sound of the supercharger at idle? I bought a vortec bolt on kit for my 98 VW Jetta GLX and sound from the supercharger at idle was completely rediculous. I loved the added power, but not as much as I hated the sound of the supercharger at idle. Do you have any idle audio clips to share?

RCZ 06-10-2010 06:38 PM

Funny that you ask smallywood, videos of mine coming later tonight.

I found a vid on YouTube. Supercharger whine is overpowering at idle just like the bolt on kit for my Jetta back in the day. I'll wait for your full review before pulling the trigger. Congrats on your kit, I'm sure you're pumped!

Ehh I wouldnt trust the audio in the video too much.... the exhaust sounds like its coming off of a lambo V12 haha. Sounds pretty awesome to me anyway. We'll see later.
