Just finished reading all 54 pages.

I was really hoping to see some 1/4 mile times.

It's good see there are no major problems with the GTM SC kit.

It was pretty obvious to me that one of the frequent posters in this thread is very pro-Stillen.

If I wasn't leaving the country on deployment this January I'd very likely be purchasing this GTM SC kit, but it's gonna have to wait till I get back late next year. I'll definitely keep current on this kit in the mean time.

Hopefully by the time I finish reading this thread (I'm on page 17 or so) to the end I'll see an answer to this.

This all looks great so far BTW!!!
I assume this was referring to the oil filter relocation. You have to remember that the oil filter housing is now stationary on the chassis, so you have to have flex in the lines to allow the engine to move independent of the filter. If you have them mounted too rigidly you would have issues.

Well here it is my first real issue with the GTM SC kit. I have had it for some time now and have 8000 ish miles on it. I am very upset that Sam did not tell me about this issue. I am getting ready to take my summer tires off and put my winters on. Well there is nothing left of my summers. I am so upset right now. If I had knowen that this Kit was going to be so fun to drive and wear off my tires so fast from all the fast starts i do i would never have gotten it. Or i would have went with the stillen kit and not had to worrie about it due to the low power and in some cases not being able to drive it at all. Thanks alot sam now i got to buy new tires.

That's because winter isn't when you put on different tires, its when you send the car back in for MORE upgrades! DUH.

Oh thanks for the heads up shumby... I'm about to get my GTM TT Z on the road.. I bet its going to have the same problems your having... If I hadn't already spent so much money on this TT kit I would sell it and get the stillen SC.. I didn't take into account all the sets of tires I'd be burning.. I bet your MPG has droped too.. from all the heavy throttling

Since Shumby is and Automatic, he should have a little more problem with traction vs. an 6speed grear box.

Shumby: Your Avatar fits your personality, hahaha I love it.

I should have mine this week also, and hopefully some new results with the long tube headers.

^^^^ Hope Baker Tuning gets Dreamers crap car done soon so I can have my body kit, wheels and BBK installed by next week.

Hows the Corolla loaner car treating ya Matt, plans for Corolla Turbo I hear?!?!? Maybe we can ask Sam if he can whip up a kit.

Hope the LTH's get to stay after this though.... and will the new exhaust have more flow than the Berk????

Edit: What happened to project Yume???
