Using a Fuel pressure regulator as a Turbo Oil feed regulator
Hello fellow Z'sters, Came to seek guidance.
I'm in the middle of making some lines for my custom TT kit and wanted to secure oil pressure to the turbos. The 2860R's GEN 2's came with oil restrictors, but wanted to add some insurance. I know Turbosmart makes an oil pressure regulator specifically that sets the pressure exactly to max 40psi for BB turbos, but I have an extra Aeromotive FPR and thought this should essentially accomplish the same thing correct? Has anyone done this before? Thanks again! Last edited by NissanTracker; 03-01-2023 at 08:48 PM. |
