I'd go with RE11's, any update on dyno graphs?

I'm pretty sure they are snowed out of the shop... got about 30" on the ground!

Lou,
Can you tell me the benefits of the tire setup you are planning on going with? I know absolutely nothing about tires... I kinda know truck tires cause I always buy big badass ones for my trucks lol, but I know nothing when it comes to performance tires.... I know that bigger most likely equals more traction but what else is there? Just doin my part to keep this thing off topic!... Thanks

there is a ton you can read on this and no one is going to be able to give you a few words that just make it all click, unfortunately... suggest reading this because it gets at your question directly... Tire Test: The Quick and the Tread - Comparison Tests here's a good reference for tire codes Car Bibles : The Wheel and Tyre Bible Page 1 of 4
re the question of width, the goal is contact patch... that is going to relate to how inflated the tire is, width, weight of vehicle etc... from there, you need a low treadware rating to increase friction with the road/track surface, and then you need a suspension that keeps the tire planted against the road - read about that here Caster, Camber, Toe and here http://www.carbibles.com/suspension_bible.html |

Tread Wear
Grip Performance Road Noise Weather Conditions Comfort Ride Quality Just a few to name of the top of my head. The RE11'S and the NT05's are probably the best high performance street tires out. I need some wider and grippier tires to hold this power to the road. Hence the new set up. |

Yeah, you were pretty much like, "well, if I don't have tires I would just be driving on metal rims, and that'd probably be loud.
