Intercooler question

Hey all, I am mid process upgrading some stuff on the car to be able to go with E85. I did talked with a tuner that told me because I track my car and every time on the track is around 20 minutes he recommend me to upgrade my intercooler. The tuner said that all of the TT kits come out with an intercooler that get max out very fast.

Is anyone here change his intercooler and seen a big different? My TT kit is by AAM and I did track the car with it before and I don’t think there was any issues but still I may be wrong. If changed your intercooler with what company you go and how hard was it to install? Was it just a drop replace or you needed to modify anything?

Thanks

AAM intercoolers are too tiny. Your only option is the CJ Motorsports intercooler. It has been used before to upgrade the AAM units.

Thank you for the info. You know if it going to be hard to fit?

You will need to redo your pipes.
