Exploring some intercooler options, with a possibility to retain the OEM crash bar.

If you are going to do it, then might as well go all out:
![]() ![]() Looks like I'll be able to run the 2.25" IC pipe from turbo to intercooler, which is good. It is tight, but it may just work out. With turbos, the largest option will be two 62mm (65mm turbine), which are rated at 850HP EACH! Base turbos will likely be 51mm (47mm turbine) which will yield instant spool, and plenty of potential, with each being rated at 600HP each. Install of this kit will be QUICK, and easy. Same goes for any maintenance.

For those of already running your kit , are you going to make it easier to make this swap if we keep parts of our current setup that would not be necessary with a full kit? Meaning the kit for a swap would only necessarily need the turbo setup with charge pipes and the intercooler. I'm just trying to justify the swap because I'm in the market for the DCT conversion.
