Stock block/internals/cams?

Not to veer OT, but what is the upper range of power these motors can be reliably (I know that's relative) pushed to? I'm not talking the brink of the envelope where one bad batch of gas and the motor is toast, but rather where the engine can dish it out on a regular basis and you don't cringe everytime you go WOT.

Anyone? After some snooping around, the consensus on pump-gas in the range of 450-500 RWHP. That seems a little exaggerated to me, but is there any truth behind this?

I own a 95' GSX, no sir, they cannot. You go beyond 500whp on a 4G/EJ, internals need to be beefed up, putting you beyond this TT cost. And no. not on pump.
