You're wondering about the Z1 ported upper and lower intakes? I don't think you're going to gain much with them.

E85 is available about 45 min. away from me so it's not really ideal. 93 Octane is readily available so that's why I am leaning towards the methanol injection. I'm gonna put the 10lb pulley back on now that I'm not getting any belt slip and see how that goes since I was making more boost with that one. I'd like to try and crack 600 whp and I'm almost positive that is not possible on just 93 Octane alone. Just a side note I measured my jackshaft pulley as 3.19 and supercharger pulley as 2.89. I was curious compared to the setup you we're running.

Did you buy your kit used? The stock jackshaft and sc pulley's are 3.20. So, your jackshaft is the stock pulley which makes sense as that's the one you don't want to change if you don't have to. They don't make a 2.89 so your sc pulley would be a 2.85 or 2.95 if measured correctly which means someone had to have changed it at one time. If that's the case, you should be running a 3" sc tensioner pulley instead of the stock 2-1/2" in order to take up the additional belt slack that going with a 2.85 or 2.95 is going to cause.

The Kit was purchased new from Topgunz thru RT Tuning. They installed the setup that was sent directly from Aaron. Can you please explain to me which pulley you are calling the sc tensioner pulley? I'm guessing it's the one directly behind the sc. Correct?

The adjustable tensioner pulley between the sc pulley and the jackshaft pulley

What is the advantage of running the 3.47 jackshaft pulley (sc side) and 3.0 SC pulley?

Disadvantage is if you're running the V3 blower you'll be spinning it so fast (over 62000 rpm) that you'll destroy the oil slinger

Yeah I have the same problem with E85, zero local supply. Last time I looked my car runs I think 5 degrees of timing near redline at WOT. Ton of power left on the table if I had access to better fuel but I've at this point accepted my fate lol.

You're lucky you have 93. I know some people here in Cali that don't have access to e85 and have to run 91. I do know someone that has a high hp Z32tt and runs 91 and Boostane. He swears by it.

Close, but some where in the middle. 92 octane here in the PNW.

Let me know how the water/meth injection works out for you JVerge, I'd be interested in perhaps doing something like that down the road as well.

I talk to him on occasion, I use his supercharger belt tensioner. Never knew he did water/meth though. Neat.

Will do. Want to try and get my pulleys set up correctly first. I will be reaching out to "Z"en on IG if needed.
