The best of luck with your build it will be trail and error doing a custom build yourself to get the fitment proper take your time and give him some credit for the attempt to do his own build. Those turbos create a lot of heat as well definitely try not to mount the turbos where they will not rub against the subframe and/or any body parts. Any damage to the manifolds and it will be inevitable you will have to disassemble everything.

To be honest, I don’t have a lot to post about
I'm still stuck at the driver-side manifold
just received wastegates and some other parts that have nothing to do with the turbos

Good luck! Definitely some outside the box thinking here, which I like.
how much space should I leave ?

believe me I know I change the manifold design more than five time

for the heat I'm not sure should I ceramic coated or go
with turbo blanket

You need to use the same diameter of straight pipe as your elbows. This will make it better for your welding.
