The problem with your plan is that the Stillen setup out of the box is a significant risk to your motor. Having the MAF before the compressor tricks the motor into thinking the intake charge is much, much cooler than it really is, so it does not add enough fuel to keep temps down. The air to water intercooler is undersized, so you end up with the car thinking the 100 degree intake charge is only 50 degrees and it's a recipe for knock.
