Default GTM Supercharger Oil Cooler Supplement Kit

Does anyone have a copy of the installation instructions for the oil cooler supplement kit? Or pictures of how the lines are routed? I never got anything from GTM, the instructions just say "If you are installing the Supercharger Engine Oil Cooler Supplement Kit, do so now." I know these kits have been out a long time but after moving to back Texas its finally time to get around to installing an oil cooler. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
