Just wondering if anyone keeps the rev sync on when at the dragstrip .. is it worth the risk if you miss a shift and over rev ? Is there

Rev sync on the dragstrip?
Just wondering if anyone keeps the rev sync on when at the dragstrip .. is it worth the risk if you miss a shift and over rev ? Is there a potential for damage in that case? Etc.. seems like you wouldn’t need it and no benefit to leaving it on.
