Have been searching but not finding thread.I'm sure this has been covered several times.

What weight oil are you running in twin turbo cars and why that weight?

Have found stuff all over the place 0-40,5-40,10-30 ect.Wonder if their ever was a consensus on this.
Health wise have been dealing with phenomenon and had to go back to hospital for a few days.Feeling better but weak.Thanks for asking.

Any 5w40 synthetic will do.

Mobil 1 5W40 euro synthetic motor oil or similar will work fine.

I use Shell Rotella T6 5W-40.

Only for cars without cats though.

The formula was changed several years ago (2007) to low Zinc oil due to the new diesel emission regulations which require DPF's, etc. It is not as good as it once was.
