Faulty Stillen Throttle Body extension cable?

Where are you getting the throttle body extension cables and connections? I'm in the middle of tuning with seb and i completely lose all throttle response. Seb Said "issue with the harness adapters from Stillen for the throttle." I need to replace these to continue tuning..
