Help!!! :( Pulley Sizes & Belt dont match!
3.47" Supercharger pulley
+ 3.0" Supercharger pulley Apparently I need spacers made because the 3.47 is offset by half an inch higher than the 3.0". V3 SCi unit from Stillen Kit What is the belt part number that would fit these pulleys? The stock belt doesn't fit (stock supercharger belt) My mechanic is at a standstill. We called soho and they said they used spacers custom made to make the pulleys flush with each other. Any ideas / help would be appreciated! |

Oops, I see your's already is. Damn, I just ordered a high traction jackshaft pulley and it looks like I'll be having the same issue. |
Im working tirelessly to try to find the solution this is ridiculous
I am 100% sure these pulleys are in the right slots too... my mechanic said they will try to flip flop the pulleys and put the one on left side on right and right on left but idk i think that isnt the case My tuner suggested for spacers -- to use either washers that fit tight and snug, or to use the back of the engine / transmission pieces as spacers to help make the pulleys flush. I attempted calling soho, vortech and topz. topz was probably busy so ill see about pming him. soho said they had custom spacers made to fit the 3.0 and 3.47. vortech said they had no idea and to call stillen but we all know thats a dead end |

ugh. im super stressed atm :( Evan (stillenz84) has the same pulley setup but never talked about these 2 issues either my mechanic and i are doing sth wrong or idk. im willing to pay $20 to anyone that can provide the solution for correct belt size for this 3.47 and 3.0 setup as well as how to fix the spacer issue... pleaseee asap :( |
Do not swap the pulleys from from JS to SC like your mechanic said or you will make like 6psi of boost..lol..
Assuming you have the 2.8 serp side (9psi stillen) pulley I would scrap the 3.47 and go with just the 3.0. That alone will get you to 13psi. If you want more than swap the 3.0 to the 2.8" and get the 3" idler. If you want power now since its at the mechanic then keep the filter off and do the 3.0 only which should get you around 16psi. |

So what you suggest is to change only ONE of the supercharger pulley and not both? |

One is blue the other green but the cups stay in same spot. Swapping the M&Ms but keeping cups same spot is what I believe he meant. That concept if makes senseee And ok. Ill tell him to keep the supercharger pulley and just swap out for the 3.0 and keep the other one as is. That was a 3.2" size 8 rib SC pulley, and now will be paired with a 3.0" correct? Should the pulleys be flush with each other |
Yes, Yes.

Thank you.
My mechanic is doing as you said right now and will let me know how it goes. If all is good then I O U |

Is the jackshaft pulley sc side a standard vortech 8 rib? I need to swap mine out with a high traction, that's where my belt slippage is coming from. |
