Hmm well. I don't know. Maybe I won't hit 13psi then because I thought smaller pulleys bring in more boost? xD

Maybe the 928 impeller will get you there. I don't know how it compares to the Si trim I'm running. Running 91 octane you're going to be really limited on how much boost you can run. Seb had to pull a bunch of timing on my 91 tune. I'm not making any more hp on my 91 tune with the 2.85 but I gained 45 more on e85. I'm making 114 more hp on e85 than I am on 91.

The fact your running low octane fuel is going to hurt. It will be hard to keep knock down. You can only compensate timing so much when you throw boost at it. Good fuel is a must for good power. I'm guessing by not having your blower spin any faster is a good thing untill you can get some better fuel into the build.

Oh. I totally understand that e85 brings in more HP.
I will swap to or at least, try out e85 later because I already have a gauge for it.
I just need to make sure it runs really nicely for a while on 91 octane first.

I do not know how the 928 impeller compares to the Si trim impeller you are running either. Maybe someone can shed some light on this?

I'm just worried about the car getting up and running first after it broke down on Feb 02, 2018 afternoon.

Yeap. I totally understand that it will be not as powerful as it can be with running 91 octane.
However I am just concerned about safety and very nice driveability first as it is my DD.
My tuner and I both understand that e85 will definitely bring more power to the car overall, but we will do 91 octane first and then slowly transition to e85 once I get the CJM S1-SE return system which won't be for a good while and that's fine with me.

And yup, you're right haha, By not having it spin any faster is a good thing so I think the 3.0" SC pulley is a good fit right now Will lower the size later!

Yeah, it'll be nice to get back on the road, especially with more power. I can tell you one thing about e85. My car just seems to run smoother and crisper on e85 than 91.

Yeah it's just my tuner is very cautious around e85 since he doesn't have tons of experience with it but that's okay.
I definitely know that e85 is safer in terms of like temperature and stuff, but when it goes bad, it goes BAD lol.

That's the one thing he's concerned about, on top of it being a corrosive fuel lol and corroding parts of the car / engine if any issues come up.
And the detonation as well lol

It doesn't corrode anything in the system or engine. It's corrosive to old cars fuel systems but the cars systems now are designed for it. So i wouldn't use that statement anymore.

Detonation? That stuff is virtually impossible to pre-det.

Then what are the negative effects of e85 in your opinion if at all, in today's cars like our current 370zs or g37s, etc, any car using e85 xD

Is there any negative effect and I am just curious because I like to learn.. how is e85 virtually impossible to pre-det? o:
