Why is the car still at this shop?

Bring a truck and physically take the car back.
Then serve them with a lawsuit.
Make them account for every dollar they've taken, in writing.

Only an idiot would believe you are not getting any money out of it or some other "quid pro quo". Your in the mud because you laid down in it with the people who live there.
I have not once said I work for RJM. I have helped them develop this kit... I have never denied that. I do design parts and they do use my services in that regard. Designing kits and parts requires doing due diligence with suppliers and vendors to understand what is feasible and what is not.

RJM isn’t screwing anyone over. This notion that they are taking money and running is absurd and lacks any factual basis! You are clearly misinformed and biased based of your skewed view.

For a matter of clarity I did not get paid for the RJM whipple kit and my design work. I took it as a learning experience and a fun project. I can back that up financially if anyone decides to hit me with some frivolous lawsuit! So before you go and liable someone make sure you know your facts!

All you are doing is spewing toxic lies that have no basis in reality!

Because the car is actively being worked on and progress being made for months with daily and weekly updates... that’s why...

So if you don't work for them.... how do you know about the updates? That is a straight up lie. Also it doesn't take three years to build any car.... If you look back at my thread you see i have had my share of problems but never three years wait. Its time to get your car back, copy this thread since "they are making progress daily." and bring him to court, if you are making progress show it in the court. I hate loud mouth liers.

If that's the case how is there only one picture of the kit on this thread which is the carbon Z I don't want to get into something I'm not invested in but this poor guy has gone 3 years without his car. How has nobody posted some sort of picture of anything. And quit the Facebook is where we post everything because everyone on Facebook is saying RJM is full of crooks. You are a grown man with a phone take some damn pictures or request this Bobby guy send some damn pictures. You're acting like we are pulling teeth just trying to get simple things answered like nobody even knows what the car looks like but he's been getting updates daily? Bud now come on

Reading comprehension is not your strong suit I take it. I will say it again. I am on the group messages between Bobby and Rich! I talk to Bobby multiple times a week! That’s how I know what’s going on! I advocate for rich to make sure his car is worked on. Don’t believe me call RJM and ask! Dude my car was at GTM for five years!!!! People have no clue what went down with GTM because they didn’t have the balls to call to pester them and find out what was going on. Sam at GTM didn’t share his health condition to anyone and once I found out what was going on I got dozens of people their money back and or parts in lieu of funds... I lost tens of thousands of dollars to GTM and got a car back that barely ran! Their top of the line everything and I had to strip it down and rebuild it myself! Made 998whp on that kit in the dead heat of summer after rebuilding it myself. I vowed I wouldn’t let that happen again to me or any of my friends. Rich reached out to me for advise and so I took it as a moral prerogative to help make sure he didn’t fall into the same thing I did as best I could and as much pull I could do. And guess what he hasn’t! You have very little knowledge of everything that has gone on with the car or the time Rich took the car home for a few months and shipped it back down or the extra work that has gone into the car at no charge or the fact I gave him my personal parts to get his car running on multiple occasions. Including as recently his ecutek products.... to get him tuned correctly. Did I get paid for that? NO! I did that out of compassion for how long his build has taken. It was a gift! So before you go bashing me tell me who in this community you gave hundreds of dollars of product to for free?!? I will wait!

Multiple shops, vendors have all worked on this car. Right now the car is having a new starter ring being installed on his flex plate because the screws backed out of his last one. Everything is being double and triple checked, balanced and verified by a transmission shop. Once done it’s reinstalled. New smaller pulleys are being made for his setup and more boost. His low compression motor wants more boost so a smaller pulley needs to be made for the street. The 3.5” was only making 12psi of boost and we want it in the 15-16psi range for the street. He already has a 2.8” pulley that’s been made for big boost but is too violent for the street... every effort is being made to make sure this car is 100% safe and reliable.

How many tuners do you know have tuned a whipple 370z? Hint there are about 3-4 and of those 2 didn’t feel comfortable tuning the car, 1 didn’t want to push the car, and the last one is working on the car now and has done as much as he can remotely and wants to be onsite to safely push the car.

Hint for 6 months Bobby tried to get 1 tuner to push the car but he wouldn’t. So a change was made last fall and a lot of progress has been made tuning wise.
