Ok so I took a few months off to focus on my family from here. Let me set some things straight...
1. I never worked for RJM. 2. I am one of the designers of the whipple kit. (There are 3 people and multiple Motorsports people who have given guidance on the design. 3. I have on rare occasions helped with their social media. I don’t access their accounts and I don’t post as RJM. 4. I have never locked any threads! NEVER! 5. I personally sought a hood solution from 4 different companies. With my own personal money! All fell through none were able to get me even a prototype. At this point I’m ******* done with it. 6. I have not taken a dime from Rich’s dealings with Bobby. 7. I do not control what RJ manufacturing or Bobby does or prioritizes. 8. I talk to Bobby multiple times a week. I remind him of Rich’s car every ******* time I call! I have been advocating to finish that car for over a year now. 9. Rich has ignored phone calls and text messages for months on end... 10. Rich without warning called me up one day after not answering phone calls or text messages and curses me out. Blames everything on me and when I try to calm him down to understand what the **** was going on he hangs up. I call back 3+ times to get vmail each time. 11. From that point on I stressed that Bobby should have daily updates on what was going on with Rich’s car because I am not responsible for that car or anything on it. 12. For months now Rich has been given daily or weekly updates on his car and build. I can show screen captures if absolutely needed. So to be absolutely clear. RJ Manufacturing is NOT closed. They just don’t post here anymore. They are active on their Facebook page. They are not actively pushing the supercharger kit because they didn’t see the interest from the community. They are still supporting the kits out there and have a good community page for those who have a kit. If you want a kit you can still buy one. Rich is mistaken to point all his frustration at me. I have no control over his build and never have. He paid Bobby and RJM not me... I have gone out of my way to be an absolute advocate for his build and it’s completion 100%! I understand Rich’s frustration but he doesn’t tell Bobby this ****... he calls me yells at me. I call Bobby and put pressure on Bobby he gets updates and then I get dragged into the mud as some kind of **** bag... The **** in this post is 110% accurate!!! I will not argue or entertain challenges to the points in this post because it’s the truth and I will not deviate from the truth. I will follow this thread but like the last few months I don’t have the time to focus on arguing here. Rich, if you have an issue with me you can call me. But if you want your car updates and **** call Bobby like I have always told you! Don’t drag me through the mud for trying to help you!

I saw that haha. But this one needs to go there too. And then get shared on the FB groups. Our forum here is not as widely seen or used as Facebook. I would love to see how a review and share there lights a fire.

nomodsjk's review doesn't sound fraudulent. it sounds like a legitimate complaint. 3 years is a LOOOOOOONG time to have someones car - especially if it still isn't done.

Whoa, calm down haha. I am not advocating for false reviews. That comment was directed at the person who is disgruntled with them. I agree that spamming bad reviews on someone who you have not had personal dealings with is unethical.

Not talking about Rich... I have already had Bobby call me about other people doing it from this thread. The only reason I am here is because I was told I was being drug through the mud... otherwise I would be elsewhere...

Bullitt, are you currently invested in, or a shareholder/part owner/debtor of RJ Manufacturing? Are you currently in a business venture with Bobby?
Other than the SC kit and the hood that you mentioned, are you involved in the subsequent products? Like the VR stuff that’s going on right now. You seemed to be distancing yourself from RJ Manufacturing with the latest post, which contradicts your historical position. We would appreciate if you can clarify your financial position in RJ Manufacturing, if any.

Another point... Rich’s car was mechanically done almost a year ago. The only issue is getting a tuner who knows what they are doing to tune his car. His car runs and drives right now.... was driven to the dyno multiple times already. But no one knows that part of the story... no one knows his car was built in stages... not everything was put out in the public. This is what irks me about rash judgements...

I'm a huge fan of the truth and I hope it comes out, along with some transparency with getting Rich's car back and settling things. Then again, there's nothing really owed us here, but truth, transparency and reconciliation will be the way to get back in to the good graces of the community. Lack of that only leads to more frustration, name calling, and smearing, whether fully backed by truth or not. People are going to be angry and frustrated with you as long as RJM is absent from the forum since you established yourself as their poster-boy, no offense intended. |

With regard to the tuner piece, please don't say trying to find a tuner..... Who's been tuning all the Whipple cars? Use one of those guys. There are videos of a Whipple Z doing donuts and racing, who tuned that one? Sure, stages of builds take time, but nobody gets angry over nothing. Anger is a result of unmet expectations. 3 years is a very long time. |

As for the VR30 stuff. I have designed nearly everything for that platform. A simple Facebook search would showcase that. I design the parts as a service, multiple third parties are testing them independently as a service and RJM is manufacturing them. As for the financials. I am not an employee nor do I collect a paycheck/salary from RJM. Do I get compensated for My designs or design work? Yes, however the details of that arrangement are confidential. I have over the years become friends with Bobby and I respect him and what he has built and accomplished with RJM. I will continue to support him and his company as he is a very stand up and straight forward honest person. I hope this is clear enough for you.

Most of you haven’t been in one of these cars so you can’t comprehend the performance of this kit. You guys also haven’t been in Rich’s car which is an absolute beast! Rich has one of the most powerful whipple kits to date. His tq curve is flat as well as being 7At and on a stroker motor! If the driver felt so inclined just a flick of the foot (partial throttle) and the car could easily do donuts. The car can very well be dangerous in the hands of an unskilled driver. I can completely see why Bobby has had issues getting the tune finalized. Luckily he has a great tuner who is up to the challenge! The car is literally like 80% done with the tune! Rich gets daily if not weekly updates whether he responds or not.
