Bring a truck and physically take the car back. Then serve them with a lawsuit. Make them account for every dollar they've taken, in writing.

RJM isn’t screwing anyone over. This notion that they are taking money and running is absurd and lacks any factual basis! You are clearly misinformed and biased based of your skewed view. For a matter of clarity I did not get paid for the RJM whipple kit and my design work. I took it as a learning experience and a fun project. I can back that up financially if anyone decides to hit me with some frivolous lawsuit! So before you go and liable someone make sure you know your facts! All you are doing is spewing toxic lies that have no basis in reality!

Because the car is actively being worked on and progress being made for months with daily and weekly updates... that’s why...

Multiple shops, vendors have all worked on this car. Right now the car is having a new starter ring being installed on his flex plate because the screws backed out of his last one. Everything is being double and triple checked, balanced and verified by a transmission shop. Once done it’s reinstalled. New smaller pulleys are being made for his setup and more boost. His low compression motor wants more boost so a smaller pulley needs to be made for the street. The 3.5” was only making 12psi of boost and we want it in the 15-16psi range for the street. He already has a 2.8” pulley that’s been made for big boost but is too violent for the street... every effort is being made to make sure this car is 100% safe and reliable.

How many tuners do you know have tuned a whipple 370z? Hint there are about 3-4 and of those 2 didn’t feel comfortable tuning the car, 1 didn’t want to push the car, and the last one is working on the car now and has done as much as he can remotely and wants to be onsite to safely push the car.

Hint for 6 months Bobby tried to get 1 tuner to push the car but he wouldn’t. So a change was made last fall and a lot of progress has been made tuning wise.
