Tial 50mm BOV flutters.

I've got the fast intentions TT setup with a few extras and my Tial BOV flutters between shifts. I'm pulling the correct vacuum. -18. The vacuum source is from the manifold and runs to a vacuum block. From the vacuum block there's a single hose running up to the BOV then teed off and goes to each bov. I've tried every spring psi and it flutters with all of them. Ive disassembled the valves and cleaned the pistons. I'm out of ideas. Any help would be appreciated.

I would try running a dedicated vac line to each BOV. How big is the hose going to the vac block? I had fluttering issues with my tial on my old turbo honda. I went over to a synapse BOV and the issue went away.

I second running a dedicated line from the Intake manifold to the BOV’s and try to run the shortest hose possible.. ive used 6mm silicon hose.
