Just in case you are curious:
http://host.cj-motorsports.com/pdf/3...ump%20Tech.pdf ^ this is where we detail the modifications to the fuel pump housing. This part is not exactly straight forward so it really did justify some detailed information. |

ALSO,
Hose kits will have instructions soon. I am a couple weeks away from breaking down the 370z product catalog and when I do that, there will be more instructions available. For the sake of our dealers and inventory we need to separate things: return pump conversion kits, rails, regulator install kits, hose kits, etc will be broken down into individual sub-kits with their own part numbers. Then I can make quick and concise PDFs for each sub kit and it will be much easier for me to chew. What I have done to assist customers up to this point, is email a ZIP file with a bucket of pics showing how I installed the kit when building it. |

Thanks so much for the additional info, and the pdf file. I just went through it carefully...wow! I need to put a few hundred miles on the new clutch I had installed last week, then I'll be in touch to figure out exactly what I need.
My apologies to the OP if I've derailed your thread... |

doing the fuel return was a fun adventure (no, seriously) the hard part was snaking it up and around the tank (i feel like i should have lubricated the line with something like lotion) getting the fitting in the right orientation by the time its at the hat is key...the quick connect elbo was in a tight spot, but after some swear words and beer, mission accomplished.
you definitely want to fork out for the heat shielding. If you upgraded the pump also, you need to find the section in instructions on boring out the venturi hole. i learned the hard way, and i was running crazy fuel pressure..oops have fun
