![]() My 85 had that gawd awful pad on the passenger's side. I took that out and replaced it with a glove box mod. I put a 160* thermostat in, a Hypertech Stage II chip, 25% underdrive on the pulleys and an epoxy plenum & runners. It was so much fun to see the look on 5.0 driver's faces when my 85 would beat them. ![]() The big challenge with the C4 & C5s was the VATS, too many people kept half a hundred keys on a key ring and then couldn't figure out why the car wouldn't start. I lost count of how many VATS bypass cables I installed. ![]()

LOL, I am just doing my thang. Too late to change directions now. If I could have only gotten an allocation for a ZR1 Corvette back in 2018. It would have been different. I refuse to pay way over sticker for a used ZR1. I am going to finish what I started eventually. When I get it just the way I want it I will just enjoy it.

The reason I know it is around 15% is MA's dyno is a dyno pack. We check the numbers coming from it on my first build and then went to a dynojet. It was 15% lower.

If anyone wants a set of FI stage 2.5 or the new stage 2 turbo's, let me know. They more than likely will be coming off my car next year when the motor is dropped. I doubt very seriously they go back on.

Do I need to tell you in a colorful language????? Those little Mother fluckers have got to go.
Bottom line is, I have outgrown my current turbo's. Last edited by Spooler; 10-25-2021 at 12:00 PM. |

I wanted to push them as far as I could. I really like the response of my turbo's as they are. They are just too small for what I am doing. Finding something that will give me that same response is going to be tough. You never know what I may do. I will drive myself crazy trying to find the perfect turbo. Who knows, I may give up and keep them.
