You do realize if the VVEL solenoids are off thats me doing a Jedi mind trick on you.
They got my diff set up and dammit if the Z1 cover isn't a problem with the Motordyne exhaust. Has to have fins shaved. |

I wish I had the factory service manual in front of me so I could read the procedure. I'll go to my old dealership I worked at one day and bumb the manual for a bit.

I wonder if it is my old dead pedal problem raising it's weary head. Every now and then I would get a dead pedal. The throttle response was a pig. I could only get about 1/4 to 1/2 throttle. No codes, nothing. Shut the car off and restart, same thing. I would have to disconnect the drivers side throttle body and re-connect. That would fix it.

VVEL Solenoids should have been canibalized from your original motor to the longblock. They can marginally be set up using Ecutek or UPREV but to do it perfectly balanced Consult should be used. I told you about mine being off .150 bank 1 to .2?? bank 2.
