Dang man, can't a guy take a nap cause he has to go back to work tonight at 12am. No numbers yet. They had to finish seating the piston rings and tune it. Tune it on 93 at 10psi of boost and then E85. I prefer they take their time. I suspect numbers will be tomorrow. Everything is doing well. No issues, which is a good thing with a fresh build.

I had an apartment on the 3rd floor. Everytime I looked out the window. I had 2 shadows sitting on a bench across the street. :rofl2: When I left the apartment. I would put little pieces of paper on my door and widows. If the paper was moved. Then I knew someone had paid me a visit. Used to pull the window blinds closed at night. Hang a woman mannequin from the ceiling with a fan blowing on it to get it some movement plus a light shining on it so the shadow would be on the blinds. Then I would slip out of the apartment though the basement. :rofl2:

Big thing with women over there at the time was blue jeans and panty hose. Every trip over. I would have a suitcase full of that stuff for exchange.

He said no drugs...

I guess it must just be his mental "health" that puts him in lala land :icon17:

LOL, I have a gift from the gods. But when my patience runs out, look out. You will not want to be anywhere near me.

Beside,
I did a work all day, come home take a 45min nap, and back to work at 11:30. I got home at 5:00am this morning. Fixed my well pump, and was in bed at 6:00am or so. I have been busy.

Think of all the other stuff you could've done if you didn't take that 45 min nap.

Still working on the tune. No numbers yet. Guess you guys will have to wait just like me.

Trial and Error
It took Carl a few times on the Dyno for mine - first breaking the motor in and then seeing where it was at on pump gas.
He started to make adjustments to see what the motor liked.
He changed out the waste gate spring until he found the right one -seeing that the boost would be on spring pressure for 93 octane.
After the pump gas tune he did the same with E85 and 3 more boost settings for the E85.
Took him a few weeks (somewhat) before it was finished
They did discover that on pump gas and low boost the AAM I/C would heat soak at regular driving speeds - no boost (full bypass)
My tune did take awhile with some delays and I never did get to find out how much power it made on pump gas. That info was lost in the mass of information in Daelens folder for my car when he left.
Sorry to see him go, but his wife was in the Army and she elected not to re-enlist due to an upcoming reassignment.
They decided to head back to home and family in Minnesota.
Soooo --- Each Tune is different --- it might take a little bit of tweaking until Carl is satisfied with yours.
