To be honest, most folks won't copy what I have been up to. It has been expensive. I do not want my CJ Motorsports intake to be copied though. I will guard the hell out of it and the other innovations that have been installed.

Yeah, when I saw the fuel system they offered with the SC, I though they had worked out a deal with Charles to offer it alongside the kit (it looks EXACTLY the same sheesh). But, then noticed not only the logo stamped on everything, but that it was also more expensive than going directly through CJM. But, they have the masses singing their praise on FB/IG so they're just going to keep it up. I hate that crap.

Buuuut, enough off topic. Really hope your car turns out more of a beast than last time!

All it takes is one shewantsthezee to take them down. Ask SOHO about that. If those dumb dumbs would have just fixed Griffins engine and helped him straighten things out they would have been way way better off. That was a fiasco.

Thaaaaat’s really sad. I didn’t know. I tend to stick with companies that I know are solid from previous cars…. Or comlanies that did their R&D on their own car and not customer cars ahemAAMahem. SPL, Swift, Fast Intentions, CJM, etc…. Gotta do your research folks!

She is close to being ready to fire up. She is going to still look like a stock Nismo with wheels and exhaust.

Their Z1 CSC Elimination Kit Howe was developed by themselves and the thing don't work. But they are still selling it.

I'm pretty sure that was only developed in response to the ZSpeed CMAK but I could be wrong.

Joe came out with the internal heavy duty CSC first. Then Z1 came out with the CSC Elimination Kit a few years later, which I do believe was one of the first external slave solutions. But it was complete garbage. I went through 5 slave cylinders in like 30K miles. I put the ZSpeed CMAK in a few years back (~20K miles) and haven't even had to think about it since.

ATS has one also that I have. Not sure when it came out though.

A safe assumption would be, immediately prior to the Z1 version :roflpuke2:

I picked up my Z1 CSCEK in 2013. I didn't find any other external options at the time but my search may not have been exhaustive. Someone told me that the Z1 kit was just copied from the external slave solution that Nissan put in the 350Z after it had problems with internal CSCs failing. I never bothered to verify that but it certainly makes sense.

That is where the ATS one came from. The 350z fiasco. I bought it with my ATS triple carbon clutch in 2018.

My car should be up and running this week. That's the plan anyways. Not too worried about it. It will happen sooner or later.

Spooler 05-30-2023 07:17 PM

Sorry guys, my car got destroyed. :driving:
