This has been rather unfortunate series of events for you, sucks that it happens to someone that did this much research and hired only the most knowledgeable hands.

Best of luck, hope you can finally get to your goal sooner than later.

Chit happens. Moving on. I wouldn't have posted but a few folks suggested I let the cat out of the bag. Well, the day finally came that I had enough.

Parts gathering is still on going. You will just have to wait and see.

Sad to hear all these issues you had with SOHO man. From my personal experience they don't really have the best Customer Service. I too was on the fence between Mazworx and their product and even after being a former customer of SOHO on other products, they immediately cease contact or any justification to continue dialogue with me after I told them I was leaning towards going with Mazworx. They didn't even take the time to justify to me why going with them would be better or what made their product superior.

I've been on the fence about their intake manifold as their dyno sheets don't show a huge difference in power gains for the amount of money you have to pay for that specific part. After reading your thread and review, it has solidified by thoughts about their intake manifold.

If you are going to turn the boost up to 20psi + you will need something eventually. As far as your experience, some of that stuff is coming to light now.

I do wish you would have told me this before I took my car to SOHO. I would have known it was a bad idea.

I actually experienced this issue with the motor while I was on the fence shopping around and didn't know you went to SOHO until you were already there. I also didn't put everything together until they completely ceased communications with me when I told them I was leaning towards Mazworx. If its one of those "If I only knew then" sort of things.

I was also not sure If i was just reading into things. I actually reached out to redondoaveb when I was experiencing long delays and communications fall from them when I ordered by Catch-Can/Coolant reservoir and he shared his experience with me regarding the issue he had about the pressurized vs non-pressurized option he went through with them.

It's all good. Now we know. It's not your fault by any means.

Unless I get a billet block made a VR38 swap it will be. Or, I will just turn it down to 800whp.
