Here his build is.

700whp with ease

He also has the 1/4 record at the moment.

CJM (Justin's) drag build

The more I look at Streetz's dyno graphs I think we have a restriction on the exhaust side. I wish someone would measure the restriction in the exhaust manifold compared to the boost psi. This would tell us the ratio of backpressure to boost pressure. When it get's out of whack and is not keep close to a 1:1 ratio bad things will happen. Phunks's tubular exhaust manifold and his turbo size/exhaust housing AR must be on point to have made what it did on only 18.5 psi of boost on a stock engine. There is something to learn here. The more HP you can make on lower boost pressure is a big positive.

Well crap. I looked up the Stage 2 Xona Rotor turbo's and they are only good for 800hp at the crank. At a 15% drivetrain loss that would be 680hp at the wheel. On the mainline dyno this would mean only 564hp at the wheel. Looks like I will be 86hp short at the wheel. We shall see if my calculations are correct. Not sure if I want to react and get 2 bigger turbo's or just stick with what I have.

How the heck did Streetz make 818hp on only 18.5lbs of boost and a stock block. Seb had to make it happen via timing. I am scratching my head on this one.

Definitely had some good ethanol fuel in system; notice AFR readings

There is way more to it than that. Most folks are having to run in the 20psi of boost or more to make in the 800hp range.

My car is at MA-Motorsports as well.
They built the sleeved block with their design 11:1 CR Pistons and Carrillo H Rods.
JW Stage 2 exhaust cams.
CJM Stage 2 Fuel Rails
CJM Twin 450 Fuel Pumpsl
CJM Intercooler
E-85 flex fue
AAM Stage 2 EFR 71/63 Turbos with external waste gates
AAM upper intake
AAM oil pan
Ecutek Tune
Quaife LSD with MA-M diff cooler
OS Giken twin disc clutch

Dyno'd at 667 rwhp on their Mainline Dyno which reads 17% less than the more common Dyno Jet.
This translated to 780 rwhp on a DynoJet
Calculating BHP using Fuel Flow it came up to 1K BHP. (this factors out to 850 rwhp with a 15% hp loss due to the drivetrain)

4 boost settings on the EVC6 controller = 13 psi spring pressure | 16 psi | 20 psi | 25 psi |
My goal was 800 to 850 rwhp so I'm happy with that. The car is still streetable and reliable.

I did go down to test drive the car a few weeks ago to shake it down and find the little bugs that need attention.

The car is awesome so far - but the turbo's smoke due to poor oil drain - the location and angle of the drain from the turbo's into the oil pan does't allow for sufficient (gravity) drainage.

MA-M will have the car for a little while longer to fix that and to put in a roll bar.

Will be following your build with Great Interest !!!
How much boost did it take to run the 667 rwhp? Your highest of 25psi?

Carl told me that was the threshhold where hp increase fell off substantially.
They stopped increasing the boost when there was less than 10 hp increase per pound of boost.
He said that both the turbos and the fuel were maxed out...so it is what it is.
Forgot to mention that I'm running the ID 1300's (functioning at 85% duty cylce) since it will primarily be a pump gas car (few E-85 stations close by me in N.J.)
I probably won't have the opportunity to run it at 25 psi too often.

I will inquire about the specifics on the boost near the end of the week when I check on the progress... I'm more interested in getting the car finished up - the small details can be time consuming.

Since Daelen left a few months ago (he was the go-to guy) and they've moved to a new space in the same complex - the workload has increased and info has been slower in coming. Jon is now wearing a couple of more hats.

They did a dyno run before and after the installation of the CJM Intercooler but that was a few months apart but the results were pretty much the same on the E-85.

As Ray has always said - don't worry about the numbers - the proof is in how it drives.

I’m on the stock motor still with the stage 2 fast intentions kit. Made 717 on 16psi. Turbos still have more left. You should be alright.
