Let us know how the Motec goes! Will be nice to get a review of them side by side, from bull to race horse is more than likely. lol I both love and hate this thread, awesome to see, but gives me more sh1t that I tell myself I need!

You guys have crossed the event horizon from rabbit hole to black hole. :icon14:

Maybe so, but is sure is fun most of the time. Waiting for your car to get up and running is freaking torture.

Y'all are the main reason my Z is up and running. I was sick of spending money buying parts and not driving the damn thing. And I was worried that I'd do something dumb like buy a TT kit :rofl2:

So I offer a sincere thanks :tiphat:

Agreed! The more my car is not done the more stuff I find that I can't live without! Once she is done there will always be that one more thing to make her more better. I has been about mo better since I bought her in 2012.

The only time that you are truly done is when the wife throws your azz out the door. That happened with the first wifey. :icon14: I've been skirting around the edges with the 2nd wifey on some stuff. :rofl2: How's Dirty Harry says it. "A man got to know his limits".

If you drive around on Ignite Red in the cold weather expect a little stumble in the low rpm if you get on it. The cylinder temps need to come up. It is solved by just downshifting it to a lower gear. Just one of the little issues with E90. Pump E85 is not an issue.

Just another tidbit.

Don’t forget cold start issues, with the high T word in ignite

I have been checking my catch cans regularly. I never got anything in the warm weather. Since it has turned cold I have been seeing it register on the drivers side catch can. When I drain it, it is mostly water with very little oil. Smells like stinky Ethanol. Yuk!!! No doubt it is pulling moisture out of the engine from the colder temps. Makes me wonder if this is what caused my first engine to blow a headgasket due to detonation because my crazy butt drives it all year long. My old setup I forgot all about the catch cans. Time to change it to atmospheric dumps.

I have just about made my mind up to convert over to a SOHO catch can setup and sell my Radium catch cans. It is going to be much easier. I will have to convert my pressurized tank to Non pressurized and change the radiator cap.

Is SOHO still not selling the pressurized set up? I had to convert mine also.
