I'm glad you took the time to actually read it!!! That means a lot to me!
And even more so that I'm able to help others out just by writing my experiences for this thread. (Both good and bad experiences, almost nothing is filtered out!)

So I just placed an order for two tire replacements since that's all I could buy at the moment. I will eventually buy two more tires when I can, but for now -- I cannot.

The two rear tires I have on the car right now are Hankook ones which are all season. All season Front + Summer & Performance Tires Rear = Not really good ... so I will try my best to make it work to purchase 2 more MIchelin PIlot Sport 4S rear for 305s that way all 4 tires are the same type: Summer & Performance. I can probalby buy those in the beginning of March!

I purchased (x2) Michelin Pilot Sport 4S -- 275/35ZR19s.

When these two tires are delivered to Eugene's shop, I will go over to his shop and take those two tires + the current two rear bald tires to a local tire shop and have them swap out the rims and such, then bring those two back to Eugene's shop to put back onto the vehicle.

I know this size is meant to go in the front, but for now, I need to put them in the back since the current ones are bald!

Once I buy the other two 305 tires of the same type (michelin Pilot Sport 4S) I will swap the ones I just bought right now from the rear to the front, and then put THOSE two fat tires in the back.

===============================================

I was also able to return a Yellow Optima Battery back to Amazon this morning for Amazon Gift Card Credit and the customer service agent helping me out told me I could keep the battery and that there was no need to ship it back to them. He was like this is a non-refundable item but /because you are prime member/, I will return it to for you, which he did. And I got my refund credit the a couple hours later. Yay!

I also returned the other Yellow Top Optima battery to O'reilleys for full credit and that was given back to me on the same card I used, which was cool. This is how I was able to afford two new tires today, lol.

===============================================

I am hoping that the current rims on the vehicle will be able to be used on the 305s that I will get later as I do not want to get different rims!!

I do know that the current rims on the rear tires as it is right now can be transferred to the new tires I just bought because they are the exact same size, but not sure about the two in the front to be transferred to a much larger tire in the future (305s)

Quick Tire Update:

- I managed to order all 4 tires today. No, I didn't go to a bank and steal money or anything illegal lol. I just found a way to get the 4th tire that I didn't think of until just now -

All 4 tires will be sent to Eugene's shop next week, that way I can save money in balancing / aligning and transferring all the current rims to the 4 new tires multiple times and just do it all at once instead.

Phew.

My original plan was so much hassle that I can't even type it here because it was too confusing lol, and if I typed it it would come out wrong, so nope. Just going to say things are WAYY more organized now than it would have been if I had replaced 2 at a time -_-

I just /REALLY/ hope I can re-use the same rims on my current Z tires...onto the new tires!

I bought two new TSW Nurburgring matte black rims. Shipping to my mechanic's place. On wed hopefully all 4 tires and necessary rims will be there. I'm going to transfer the 275 rims that's on the rear tires currently to the new 275 PS4S tires and put those in the front. The rims have to fit because they fit previously on the same sized tire.

And then I'm going to put the new 10.5" rims I just bought on the new PS4S 305s.

I am 99.99% sure that the current rims on the 245s will NOT fit the 305s.

So.

My illiterate dumb butt couldn't read the ancient language of wheels.

I had to get pictures of it and ask other people what it meant.

I'm really happy to know that the previous owner [forum user: 'aznroadster']
did not get rid of the rims he had that he previously posted up back in 2011 / 2010.

These rims will directly transfer over to the new tires.

My friend saved me from $800 on two new rims lol, so I will cancel the order.

See how I said I was 99.99% sure?
Almost doesn't mean NOT!

Going to cancel the order whenever they are open.

The rims weren't set to ship out until Thursday anyways -_- Way too long!

At first I read it as...
"What the **** does N936 19x91 /2J mean?
I guessed the 41 was the offset and the 5x114.3 was the bolt pattern but the other numbers? No idea how to decode that.

Then someone told me...No it means 19x9 1/2 and the other one says 19x10 1/2 not 19x101 / 2J lol.

Super happy right now!

Gotta go to work now, Cya folks!

That’s an odd place to have markings on wheels; usually on the backside of spokes & sometimes on the inner barrel.

Yellow Mustard Zeed Timeline Update:

- [TUESDAY]: Fix idler pulley slot

- [WEDNESDAY]: Put correct diff axles on

- [THURSDAY]: Dismount and reuse rims onto all (x4) brand new tires, then slap them onto the car.

- Then when my mechanic/tuner has time, he will test drive it for a couple hundred miles to check for leaks, and other maint. issues, he will tune it a little bit and once he feels it is safe, he will let me pick it up!!

...I asked if there was anymore hardware issues we needed to solve, I was told no, so lets knock on wood it stays that way lol.
So I'm happy about that, means we're that much closer to being done!!!

I also submitted a request for returning the stub axles that Z1 sent me but was incorrect parts. They never gave me my RMA number!!!! Super annoying. So im going to call them tomorrow morning and complain about that cuz i kinda need the refund back asap lol

I managed to cancel the rims order i made on CARID which had a 10% restocking fee (so in total im paying 70 to return it, oh well!) Better than paying 700 for rims i never needed in the first place lol.

And im going to pick up the 2 parts nneeded to finish the diff this wed and drop it off at the shop.

James, the under torqued engine bolts and the oil leak that Eugene found, were those caused by the last guy(s) that worked on the car or during the engine build?

Based on consistency I'd bet it was that last mechs. When he said something about that pulley coming loose I pointed out that the longblock does'nt come with any of that stuff. Then to back that up they apparently used nutserts and an odd bolt. Sucks having people SWAG on your build but it's happened to me too. He is my Murphy twin though with all the crap he's been through on this.
