I am interested in knowing if either of the 2 recent TT Z owners have been getting any CELs. Seeing that it is winter, you would think that with cooler outside temps overheating wouldn't be an issue at this point. Perhaps a little too much "spirited driving"

What going on guys, sorry it has taken me a while to post on the forums again but i have just been so busy with school and work i havent had the time. Ive been enjoying the hell out of my car cold weather has made the drive 10x better. The car has been running great thanks to a great install. I accidently didnt realign my car after the engine was dropped back in so i needed to replace the tires and im waiting on seats, Pioneer Double Din in-dash kit, brembo big brake kit, and my LSD to come in. ill be posting some pictures as soon as everything else is installed.

A oil pan spacer plus a good oil cooler kit is a
But depending on weather plus how your street driving is will also affect the temp. No oil temp problems for me.

You could give the gas a few love taps to take the temp up.

370zTwinTurbo/Black370zTT, please give some info on your experiences thus far. Positives/negatives. Is wheel spin a huge concern? Did you hafta re learn how to drive the car? Can the chassis/suspension handle the extra power? Sorry, I just have so many questions I don't know where to start.

Negatives-Weather sucks, but there are no negatives for me, I do not know about the other owners. With the new clutch anf flywheel, I believe its easier to drive then it was stock. At least now I can hear the exhaust and engine which helps I think with shifting. I think just knowing that you have an extra 200whp at your feet is a positive. The chassis seems to handle it fine so far, haven't really punched it yet, but I'm sure it can.

The track is a whole different story. An oil cooler would be the way to go. |

I figured that the cooler outside temps would make it a blast to drive. I am curious as to how your oil temps will look in July/August. I believe that will be the real test. I will definitely stay tuned to this thread for updates.
