Probably because they have the oil temp sensor in the stock location (post cooler) which isnt ideal. I would see 80/100 degree oil temps in cool weather in this location,

Probably because they have the oil temp sensor in the stock location (post cooler) which isnt ideal. I would see 80/100 degree oil temps in cool weather in this location, i switched the sensor pre cooler and saw 170/180 degree temps. This happens because the oil gets overcooled when the plate is closed>limited flow to the cooler and when it mixes with the oil going back to the block you see really cool temps. Anyone else experience this too?
