You can't isolate these OEM gauges.
For the sake of cost and convenience you can mount 2 aftermarket gauges in the cubby panel or the A pillar.
You really don't need any more than 2 since, in reality, you won't be looking at them much anyway.
Jason Gale (PHUNK) on this forum offers custom units to accommodate the mod. His work is exemplary and he is EZ to communicate with.
I am aware of who is Jason Gale and his product, I wont wont knock the product because people seem to like it and it looks like good quality but I personally had a bad experience with him from a customer service perspective.

Good move on the build motor ...
Look into upgrading the I/C if you have the Stage 2 EFR 71/63 Turbo's

yikes ... sorry to hear that, Jason is a real good guy and has done right by me every time. Last project was a cubby panel conversion to accept the Motec C125.

Running the 1/4 mile goes way back to when I was a kid ... I like going straight real fast rather than driving in circles or 'S's ... I also like decelerating as well.
Fell off of a merry-go-round when I was about 8 --- --- that might explain things a little.

I drag raced in my late teens and early 20's with big block Mopars. Went to a road race and never looked back.

I ran Chevy 327's ... but did have a 340 Dodge Demon,
Back then if you were in the 14's you had a ==FAST== car

I like my space - and get nervous in close quarters racing

I installed the Defi BF gauges (Oil Pressure, Oil Temp, Water Temp... they look outstanding (minus the slight tint darker than the oem) I also bought and installed the Innovate ECB 1 for AFR, Boost, and e85.... Will match with a lighting color gel (LEE Gels Terry Red) Making a T-off to accommodate the pressure senders, and an inline take off on the oil cooler line should get the oil temp (within a margin of accuracy, until you tap the oil pan spacer... The oem temp sender should not be touched, so it can talk to the engine management and throw out accurate info to the ecu...

Would like to see a picture or your set up ...
I have the Defi Racer Tach and the Racer Boost Gauge both in blue.
Defi Gauges are Outstanding.

Here is the Motec C125 Data Logger ... this is mine, but was test fitted to another car - they were still working on the install of other gauges but sent me this pic for reference (I have replaced the OEM triple cluster with the Defi Boost, the Innovate Dual AFR, and the Innovate Methanol % / Fuel temp)
It combined the need for multiple gauges into one display.
