I think this can be solved by mounting a check valve in the system. So far i cant be bothered to do so though. Verstuurd vanaf mijn SM-G950F met Tapatalk

im yet another with a pool of oil (mine being on the passenger side).
ive considered adding a drain plug to the charge pipe down near the IC... others i know with the aam kit seem to sing the same song... i might look into a scavenge pump. Its annoying that you spend a good amount of money for a lack-luster product

I know, it's really frustrating. Also AAM doesnt help you in this at all and comes with some BS story about reclocking the turbos. Whilst the turbo drain design is just bad.
Put a pump in, it was about 1k and 1 day of work but all the smoking is over. My intakes are dry too Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk

It's my understanding that this is a common problem with low mount turbos. With the turbos mounted low - the oil return line from the turbo to the oil pan doesn't have enough downward angle to allow gravity to do it's thing - thusly, the oil backs up into the turbo and then produces that smoke as it exits the engine via the exhaust.
Turbos mounted higher than the oil pan return don't have this problem.

I never resolved this issue. I’m having my motor reworked by Dynosty, so I’m waiting on that to come back. I’m strongly considering selling my AAM kit and going back to the BP kit for simplicity’s sake. Since the turbo system is completely out now anyway it will be easier to swap out now.

AAM and BP do not belong in the same category ever. AAM products are shìt. The BP kit is solid. Don't hate.
The GT-R turbo kit husam just put out is looking pretty solid as well. That's not to say that FI isn't the cream of the crop. But if FI is 10X better than BP, then FI is a trillion times better than AAM.
