The spoiler looks nice, but I need more angles, it looks like the top has no curves at all which means it might not be going with the body lines, definately need more pics.

Definitely not required. In fact, Stillen will also test the supercharger kit with the OE fascia. The new fascia design by Stillen will incorporate brake cooling and better airflow to heat exchangers/coolers.

Yep!

The polyurethane fascia will incorporate some additional design functions:

Large front opening - Coolers, intercooler, etc.
Side openings - Oil Cooler mounts
Center Air Diversion - Directs air towards Gen 3 / SC filter locations
Modular Brake Ducting - Optional add-on - Being developed now

More info soon..

More info NOW!!!

Josh@STILLEN 02-18-2010 11:36 AM

RCZ 02-18-2010 12:45 PM

Unfortunately you're better off having it painted at a local place with access to your car. There can be shifts in color on the various materials on the car, from plastic to metal, and from car to car. Rather than shipping parts back and forth if the factory piece doesn't match it's paint code, having it painted locally just works out to be the better option.

I wish.. soon though.. more dyno time soon I hear.. dialing in the tuning, driveability, etc.

travisjb 02-18-2010 01:52 PM

rear diffuser NOW!!!!!!!

lmao

Josh@STILLEN 02-18-2010 02:24 PM

LOL!

Get some interest together and we'll definitely look at it, or anything else. :)

StillenZ 02-18-2010 02:27 PM

:eek::eek::eek::eek:

looks like stillen just flopped trip aces!

1slow370 02-20-2010 03:53 AM

how come we don't get super updates like that? we care more about power than the G37 guys...

The car being tested is a G37 so :gtfo2: :stirthepot:

Haha just messing

1slow370 02-20-2010 06:27 AM

hey there is a reason the performance oriented G37 guys are lurking in our forum coughyoucough

Perhaps they think more G37 guys have the money to buy their SC.;)

LiquidZ 02-20-2010 02:07 PM

Well in excess of 400 whp on an automatic with heavy show rims certainly sounds like a great kit. However, we still need to know what PSI Stillen is running, not to mention what trim.

RCZ 02-20-2010 02:38 PM

^ exactly. If we are to believe the latest from the GTM thread, that they are barely breaking 400whp at 10psi. I think the supercharger race is over. No brainer.

jmlenz 02-20-2010 04:47 PM

wow things are heatin' up over on the g37 forum.

Zguy 02-20-2010 05:16 PM

I want fully tuned video's with accurate pricing on both stillen and GTM....

Get in line...

NeverBoneStck 02-20-2010 11:32 PM

Taking a long time...

LiquidZ 02-20-2010 11:45 PM

Stillen said end of February, beginning of March for a tuner kit, so it still looks on time in my book!

RCZ 02-21-2010 02:37 PM

Patience is a virtue. You will be rewarded handily when this thing comes out.

fstrnldr 02-22-2010 10:40 AM

Numbers are sounding good, but of course you have to see a dyno to really know how good it is. As we all know peak numbers really don't mean anything except for a dyno queen.

Big question i have .... have you had a chance to test fit on the Z chassis yet? I know the Z has less room in the front as well as a few extra braces to contend with.

Completely agree.. once the tuning is finalized we'll post dyno sheets.

The kit was designed on the G and Z alongside of each other. We just happened to use the G37 for the prototype, it will go onto the Z soon after things are wrapped up on the G. It does bolt onto the Z as well.

Well said. It's all about useable power, not just peak numbers.

Oh i thought you said earlier it hadn't been put on the Z yet since it was being used for the aero parts development. Its getting hard to keep track of everything going on with the supercharged development for this chassis.

SeeyaBud86 02-22-2010 02:57 PM

^He is saying it was made to bolt onto the Z as well. They used the G as a prototype and to pass the time they started to make aero parts for the Z. It won't be much longer, I don't mind the wait it will be worth it.

No problem.. there's a lot going on over here. :)

A lot of pieces have been designed and fitted onto the Z, just not the complete kit as of yet, it went to the modeling shop for some of the aero pieces.. but the kit will be fine with some small differences.

StillenZ 02-22-2010 04:49 PM

Josh, you may not want to answer this but I'm just dying here... Do you think you could give us like a worst case scenario date for us to see some real numbers and actual testing? or is it still too far out to tell? Thanks

I'll take this one Josh...

WORST case scenario...February....2011...

Seriously though, we're very close to having more information ready for release.

StillenZ 02-22-2010 07:29 PM

lol, thanks Kyle... I knew I could count on an answer out of one of you guys!
